‘Honfleur Harbor’ Luminous Impressionist Work by Niek van der Plas Dutch b. 1954

This fetching oil on panel by Niek van der Plas depicts a harbor view in the French city of Honfleur in Normandy, well known through decades as an artist’s colony. It measures 18 x 22 in. w/o frame, 25 x 29 in. including the attractive vintage impressionist style gallery frame and is signed lower right.
