Anghel Neagu was born in Romania 1949 and studied at the prestigious Art Academy of Bucharest. After 1974 he exhibited widely all over Romania and in 1990 he moved to Annecy in France where he now lives and keep studio. Since 1990 he has exhibited in major galleries all over Europe and he is represented by Gallerie Valparaiso-Annecy whose website features the complete biography and exhibition portfolio.
