‘Young Girl in a Savonarola Chair’ Alabaster and Bronze Attributed to Emilio Fiaschi, Italian 1858-1941.
A sculpture of a young girl in carved alabaster resting with a pillow on a bronze Savonarola chair on a marble base. The alabaster part is not attached to the chair but rests freely. The bronze chair is detachable from the marble base. There is reason to believe that the base is a replacement thus not showing the signature of Fiaschi. H 8.5 in. W 6.5 in. D 6.5 in. Asking price $ 2,250.
